Closing Season Tournament

"The traditional Closing Season Tournament took place in typical autumn weather, yet the atmosphere was fantastic throughout the day. The competition was a team event, with the total of the three best stableford scores from each flight counting. The tournament was complemented by popular side contests - Kristýna Cejnarová won the Longest Drive in the women's category, while Vít Kršňák dominated the men's category. Radek Feiferlík won the Nearest to the Pin competition.

The first Sunday in October belonged to the traditional Team Cup this year. As in previous years, the Czech team, led by Jan Juhaniak, and the international team, led by Vladimír Gregor, fought against each other.

It was a great pleasure to welcome olympic champion and world number one Nelly Korda at Albatross! Nelly is currently preparing for the upcoming major tournament, the AIG Women’s Open which is held next week at the famous St. Andrew’s Old Course. We are very happy that Nelly has chosen Albatross Golf Resort for her practice and wish her the best of luck for upcoming tournaments.
