Michal was a member of the Czech national team from 2007 to 2017. Among his greatest achievements are 3 runner-up finishes at the Czech Amateur Championships. While studying in the USA, he won the PBC Championship and was named Athlete of the Year at Lander University.
After becoming a professional, Michal competes mainly on the Pro Golf Tour, where his best result is a 4th place. During his professional career he won 2 tournaments on the Czech PGA Tour.
Michal uses his extensive playing experience gained over the years in his coaching. He has worked with world-renowned coaches such as Simon Holmes, Keith Williams, David Carter and Staffan Johansson.
