ANDREW "BEEF" JOHNSTON to play in Czech Masters!

The list of players registered for the Czech Masters has been enriched by another big star. A very popular Englishman, Andrew "Beef" Johnston, who has supporters in Europe and also in the USA, will make his debut at this year's tournament.

Although Johnston has only one win on the PGA Tour and two on the Challenge Tour, he has become a household name. His fans follow him not only because of his unique looks, but also because of his great personality and special game.

Wherever he goes, he immediately attracts attention. He proved this last year on the PGA Tour, where he had a huge following. After returning to Europe this season, he is once again entertaining crowds on the European Tour.

"We are very happy that Johnston has decided to play in the Czech Masters and that we can introduce him to the Czech fans for the first time. We are looking forward to his presence here in August as he is one of the most popular players in the world at the moment," said Petr Dedek, owner of the Relmost promotional company.

This will not be the first time that Johnston has played in a Relmost tournament. In 2014, when he won the Order of Merit on the Challenge Tour, he played in Penati, Slovakia, where he finished T-7. He won both his Challenge Tour titles that year.

His only victory on the European Tour came in 2016 when he won the Open de España in Valderrama. In the same year, he finished 8th in The Open at Royal Troon. He spent the following season on the US PGA Tour.

At the Albatross he will meet his friend John Daly, both players seem to have a similar lifestyle, which includes a passion for beer and good food. Hence his nickname...

Now Czech fans can finally find out more about his temperament. The Czech Masters starts on 23 August with John Daly, Lee Westwood or 2016 Masters winner Danny Willet in the field.
